Obviously, in my previous posts I covered this a lot! This is what everything comes down to. Your days hour by hour. It’s so much easier to focus on the task at hand if you can manage your time this way.
Some things you might focus on in an hour:
Your morning routine, your work or school routines, your after work routine, your goal routines, and before bed routine. Simple! You may even create routines for the weekend, for example, you can work on more goals in the morning, and come afternoon have fun! However you want to spend your time.
Make it fun!
Challenge yourself and hold yourself accountable. You’ll be amazed at how much progress you make in just a week. You might also keep track of the hours you do complete your goals and try and beat it next week!
In conclusion find a routine and schedule that works for you! Break it down by hour and better manage your priorities while making more time for your other goals and hobbies. Schedules = routines = time-management = Goal ACCOMPLISHING! LET’S GO!!!
